Amy Goodman - Breaking the Sound Barrier (keynote speech from Connecting for Change)

In a time of corporate-dominated distorted info-sharing, I consider Democracy Now! to be one of the few reliable news sources today. It was truly an honor to be present during Amy Goodman's keynote speech, as I feel she has greatly contributed to my education on the current state of our world. Hearing about the dangers that she and other journalists put themselves through strengthen my respect for her work. During her speech she placed great emphasis on the need to report the truth, stand for our beliefs and the need for revolutionary responsibility.
